Hours of operation
THE RIDE - Tours departs at 2:00pm; 4:00pm; 7:00pm, and 8:30pm. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time to line up. All Rides leave promptly on time!
Empire State Building Observatory - Open daily from 8:00am to 2:00am. The last elevators go up at 1:15am.
9/11 Ground Zero Tour - 9/11 Ground Zero Tour without Museum – Available daily; Departs at 10:30am and 2:00pm. Black-Out dates: This tour is not available September 11. Please arrive 15 minutes prior the tour.
Liberty Cruise - 2014: October 28 - December 31: 10:00am. 2015: January 1 - March 13: 10:00am, March 14 - April 26: 9:30am, April 27 - September 7: 9:30am, 2:30pm, September 8 - October 25: 9:30am, 2:30pm, and October 26 - March 13, 2016: 9:30am.

THE RIDE - departs from 42nd Street at 8th Avenue, in front of Chevy's Mexican Restaurant.
Empire State Building Observatory - Located at 350 5th Avenue (5th Avenue and 34th Street).
9/11 Ground Zero Tour - 9/11 Ground Zero Tour without Museum - Outside the Broadway entrance to St. Paul’s Chapel on 209 Broadway. Cross Street is Fulton. Closest Subway Station is Fulton Street on the A, C, E, 2, 3, 4, 5 subway line.
Liberty Cruise - This tour will depart from Pier 83, West 42nd Street & 12th Avenue.

THE RIDE - Children must be at least 6 years of age, however, please be advised that certain content may not be appropriate for children. You never know what might happen on the streets of New York!
9/11 Ground Zero Tour - 9/11 Ground Zero Tour without Museum - Children younger than 7 years old may participate for free.
Liberty Cruise - Children ages 2 and under cruise for free.

Policies
THE RIDE - The bus does not contain a restroom. No food or drink is permitted on THE RIDE.
Empire State Building Observatory - No refunds can be given due to weather. Luggage cannot be taken through security.
9/11 Ground Zero Tour - 9/11 Ground Zero Tour without Museum - You need to go through a security line similar to that of an airport. Large bags are required to be checked.
Liberty Cruise - Allow yourself 45 minutes for ample ticketing and boarding time.
