Las Vegas host just as many restaurants as it does attractions. From casinos to shows, Vegas entertainment is second to none in the world. Each hotel usually provides entertainment but feel free to explore outside your hotel and find the perfect attraction for the evening.

The Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay is a great place to take the kids to see these creatures of the sea. Walk through tunnels underwater and watch the sharks swim above your head. Get up close and see how big a shark really is when you reach your hand down to touch one of the many nonviolent sharks in the holding tanks. There are also over 100 different species of turtles, fish and sharks.

If you’re looking for a quick thrill, jump on the Manhattan Express Roller Coaster at New York / New York Hotel, for great views of the city at 203 feet and 60 mph. If you still feel daring after the ride, take a stroll into the casino where atmosphere and appearance mesh to make the casino one of a kind. A quick walk across the bridge will bring you right to the MGM or the Excalibur where the casinos are larger.

Shows play continuously in Las Vegas and there are always varieties to choose from. Phantom at the Venetian transports you back to the Paris Opera House with music taken from the original Phantom of the Opera.

Be sure to check out the Blue Man Group at the Venetian. Sit up close experience the thrill of splashing colors and music; just be sure to put on your raincoat. Have them sign your playbill after the show ends—a big blue kiss is their signature.
