                 How do I change or cancel my flight reservation?


Some tickets can be exchanged for future travel. Note: Most tickets are non-refundable, and substantial fees usually apply for any change. Airlines charge an average of $100 for any changes or cancellations. This fee is charged by the airline and cannot be waived by LastMinuteTravel. To keep ticket costs low, LastMinuteTravel.com charges an additional service fee of $25 per ticket for an type of change. Contact customer support at 1-800-442-0568 for assistance.

If paper tickets can be canceled, they must be returned and received within one week of purchase. Contact customer support at 1-800-442-0568 for assistance. Once printed, paper tickets can not be reprinted.

                 How do I change or cancel my hotel reservation?

Our hotel cancellation and change policy is as follows:

o Fee of one-night room charges will be assessed for any cancellation or change made less than 72 hours before check-in date with the exception of the Disney hotels and National Parks. Cancellation Fee of one night stay will be assessed for any cancellation or change made less than 5 days before check-in date at a Disney hotel or 21 days before check-in date at a National Park.

o Fee of full amount paid (NO REFUND) will be assessed for no shows without cancellation or changes made less than 24 hrs prior to check-in date at 3 p.m. EST.

                 How do I cancel or change my cruise booking?


Consult your cruise confirmation email to learn how to modify or cancel your booking. That email also includes the appropriate contact information for the partner offering that cruise.

                 How do I get another copy of my flight or hotel confirmation email?


Pull your itinerary and confirmation up online by logging into LastMinuteTravel.com, then clicking "Recent Purchases," at left. Next, select the flight or hotel purchase you want and print the resulting page. (We do not provide additional copies of car confirmations.)

                 How do I opt-out of your email list?

To opt-out of Top 10 emails simply click on the unsubscribe link provided in the e-mail and you will be removed from our list.

Our site is designed to work on Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. We do not currently support Netscape, Mozilla, Safari and WebTV. Your browser must be able to accept cookies and JavaScript must be enabled.

                 Does my browser need to accept cookies (and what are cookies?)?


Yes. Here is how to check that you're set up to accept cookies:

Internet Explorer 5.5: Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. On the Security tab click the Custom button and scroll down until you see Cookies, and make sure the 'Always accept cookies' option is selected. Click the OK button to return to your browser.

Internet Explorer 6: Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. On the Security tab click the Advanced button and use the scroll bar to set your Cookies preference. Click on the OK button to return to your browser.

                 What are cookies?

'Cookies' are small pieces of information your browser stores on your computer hard drive. LastMinuteTravel.com places cookie on your system and uses that persist from one visit to our site to another ('Persistent long-term cookies').

Persistent long-term cookies allow the Site to automatically recognize you when you return to this Site, so that you don't have to log in again. Persistent long-term cookies are only set on your computer if you choose the 'Remember who I am and log me in automatically next time' option when you log in.

You can choose to not exercise this option, in which case you will have to log in manually the next time you visit the Site. You must decline this option when using a computer other than your usual computer. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but usually allow you to change settings to prevent that. Even without a cookie, you can still use the basic functionality of the Site, i.e. search for and book travel offers. However, without cookies you will not able to log in as a registered user. The data in security-sensitive cookies is encrypted to provider greater security.
