At the heart of the Hilton Resort is the acclaimed Grille. This romantic spot offers beautiful scenery and outstanding gastronomy. Don’t miss the fresh catch of the day - it’s prepared on a grill using magnificently scented woods that add unique flavors. If you’re not a seafood lover, the filet mignon or New York steak are sure to please you.
Also at the Hilton Resort is the superb Lighthouse Restaurant. Its dinner buffet is said to be the best for dining in Bridgetown. You may choose a table on the veranda and enjoy the breezes of the ocean, or you may choose to dine indoors among opulent surroundings. Bring your appetite as the array of foods is amazing, and make sure to save room for the dessert table.

It is said that celebrities frequent the Restaurant on South Sea. After you sample its cuisine, you’ll understand why. Eating here makes for a truly delightful experience.
A must for all tourists to Bridgetown is Ryanne’s Catering. Don’t let the venue’s informal ambience fool you. When you try the fried fish or the conch fritters, you’ll know you've made the right selection.
