Shopping Centers
It’s no wonder that Dubai shopping has been referred to as heavenly. Visitors can enjoy more than 24 shopping centers, each one more unique than the other and with the most amazing fashion from around the globe. You’ll find the latest from Paris and Milan catwalks to high tech from Japan.

The favorite for those seeking a world of luxury in Dubai shopping is the Burjuman Centre, with boutiques like Dior, Hermes, Louis Vuitton and more.

If you’re shopping with the children, visit the Al Bustan Centre, with 80 shops and a large amusement arcade, the largest in the United Arab Emirates. They’ll enjoy the rides while you enjoy Dubai shopping.

Deira City Centre is another very popular spot for Dubai shopping. With over 300 shops, there’s no chance you’ll walk out empty-handed.

Wafi City Mall is yet another example of a superb shopping center, one of the most elegant in the city, offering 200 stores and international brand names, a large entertainment area with a rink for roller-blading, virtual reality simulators, and a maze completely built of crystal, as well as a theatre presenting movies in 3D. The mall’s shape is unusual, with a pyramid shape atrium. You’ll find shops like the famed Marks & Spencer, Paris Gallery, Versace and Mont Blanc, to name a few.

The Mall of The Emirates will blow your mind. It offers the only indoor ski slope with real snow. Can you imagine skiing in the middle of the desert, in summer yet? Only in Dubai! And still, the mall offers other amazing features like 8 other malls within, each designed in a different theme. One mall for example is designed as China and another one as Persia. You could shop the world in one afternoon! Dubai shopping is quite an experience.

One can’t visit Dubai and miss out on Dubai shopping at the souqs. These are fabulous markets selling everything you could possibly imagine. There are a few that specialize in certain items.

The Spice Souq is an amazing array of narrow streets selling spices out of large sacks. The aromas of cinnamon, saffron, turmeric and unique rare spices will engulf your senses. It’s an experience not to be missed.

Of course everyone comes to the Gold Souq, with over 300 shops, selling precious stones and gold at the most amazing prices in the world. You’ll find 18 and 21 carat gold, and of course, haggling is a must. It’s open until 10:00 p.m.

The textile souq with imports from all around the world is another must for visitors. You’ll find beautiful silks and satins.
