To fully take in a beautiful night in Florida make reservations at Casa D’Angelo and ask to sit outside. This is a great place to sit back and enjoy an evening with friends and family. Known for their hospitality, mouthwatering creations and excellent presentation this is a must try for any Italian food lover. Tuscan entrees with southern Italian accents are what this restaurant is known for. Rated as one of Florida’s finest Italian restaurants, be sure to try the Tuscan steak with one of their wines from the extensive wine list.

For a taste of authentic Mexican food try Zona Fresca. Meals range from $5-$10 and come loaded with flavor. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed and the carne asada is out of this world! If you like hot salsa theirs is sure to test your limits. The fun pepper shaped lights strung around the trees outside the restaurant make it a fun place to eat day or night. Burritos, tacos and salads are their specialty. They even have a kid’s menu that is under $4. The huge salsa bar allows you to test your limits on how hot you can take it.

The Southwest and traditional American-style food combine at Canyon Southwest Café to create great drinks and superb food. Famous for their Prickly Pear margaritas and friendly staff this restaurant is the perfect way to unwind after a long hot afternoon site seeing. For the more refined pallet try their tuna tartar, filet mignon or salmon tostada. Food at this restaurant goes from oven (or skillet) to your table without any wait time in between.

A great date night (even with the kids) is at Chima Brazilian steakhouse. This ultra modern and chic restaurant is known for its hospitality and great steak. Chima Brazilian originated from the legend that South Brazil’s cowboys used to slow cook meat o skewers over a wood flame and serve them to each other and at large family gatherings. Servers travel from table to table offering 16 different types of meat off large skewers. Prime rib, lamb, chicken, sirloin and fish are just some of the meats offered. Try their large salad bar with inspiration from Brazil and America. The wine list ranges from traditional to fun with wines from all over the world. Servers will fill your plate as many times as you'd like, but be sure to save room for dessert.

A restaurant that has been created around the changing seasons doesn’t change their menu 4 times a year for fall, winter, spring and summer. It changes its menu 52 times. Seasons 52 is the leader in fresh, seasonal food and offers up a romantic setting. Even their wines change with the seasons, over 140 selections in all. Anything that is fresh can be whipped up into a culinary creation. If you go twice it is almost a guarantee you won’t see the same menu. The portions are just right to order a few and pass them around. The best part is that almost everything is less than 480 calories.

If you’re looking to learn a few new tricks at dinner be sure to eat at Taverna Opa. Inspired after the Greek celebration of smashing plates and dancing this restaurant is OK with a broken plate or 200. Bring a large party here to enjoy live music, a lesson in plate smashing and belly dancers. Go ahead and stand up on your table and dance to the music! Right on the waterfront you can request indoor or outdoor seating, either way it is sure to be a party. Instead of rolls to fill up on while you’re waiting for your meal servers bring you fresh garlic hummus. The energy is always high at Taverna Opa and the servers are excellent at making sure you’re having a great time. Tip: Don’t valet park. Just drive to the end of the road and use public parking meters only half a block away.
