River Square Antiques is a great place to check out if you have an interesting in old trinkets and various items that hold some story appeal. They have a great selection of odds and end items that you’ll have a great time looking at, let alone taking home to show your friends and family.

North Star Mall is a shopping Mecca, to say the least. Located near San Antonio International Airport, this mall boasts over 200 specialty stores and restaurants, and remains home to the world’s largest cowboy boots, standing 40 feet tall. With all the major stores in retail, as well as a few smaller ones, North Star mall is a great place to go to escape the heat, stay indoors and find anything you could possibly want.

Eisenhauer Road Flea Market is the place to be, especially during the summer. It’s an all indoor market, and is the perfect place to find anything from clothing to toys, and furniture to jewelry. There is a snack bar inside in case you get hungry, but you will have a difficult time thinking about eating when there are so many things to browse over. They are closed Monday and Tuesday, so make sure not to head over there on these days.

Prime Outlets San Marcos is located between San Antonio and Austin, and is home to over 100 shops and restaurants. Of course, you can find all the big name brand stores and find great bargains, but get this – there is a canal that offers guests gondola rides through the water. So go ahead and shop, take a row boat ride and eat at one of the many restaurants at the Prime Outlets.

River Walk is perhaps San Antonio’s most well known place for food, shopping and just leisurely spending time exploring the culture of San Antonio. Walk up and down the river and explore seemingly endless mom-and-pop stores and boutiques where you can find great bargains on all imaginable products. The food is incredible along this river. Everything is fresh, and the aromas emanate to create a potpourri that makes your palate wonder why you don’t live there. Whether its food, shopping or taking a boat ride, the River Walk is the one place you can’t miss.
