When you see the lines out the door of Ocean Curry Fish Head you’ll wander what’s so good that people are willing to wait up to an hour. Locals flock to this place to enjoy fish heads prepared and served in special clay pots. The fried calamari is also fantastic. And if you’re a vegetable fan, try the water spinach, a staple of Singapore cuisine.

De Paolo Gastronomia is a great place for a change of pace. You’ll find the tastiest pizzas, sandwiches, salads. You may also sit at one of the beautiful outdoor benches and enjoy a picnic.

The Peach Gardens is an acclaimed Chinese restaurant, boasting some of the best views as well as great food. It’s the best for dining in Singapore. The ambience is elegant yet unpretentious. The chef prepares a variety of dim sum, goose, duck and great seafood. His lobster noodles are the rave.

Au Jardin Les Amis is a popular restaurant, appearing on most lists as the place for fabulous French cuisine. Its beautiful botanic gardens are a great backdrop to the delicious dishes it serves; you’ll find authentic traditional treats like frog legs, and chicken in wine sauce.
