Relevant car park charges may apply. General check-in time is 15:00. If your arrival is after 18:00 local time, kindly inform the hotel as it would be considered as a no show with applicable fees.

Please check your accommodation voucher for the third person charge (children included) indicated to be paid at hotel/resort/apartment in the two-person room if any. Some hotels, resorts and apartments may not include the extra bed cost into the final price because the extra bed is subject to availability.

ADMIN FEE AND CHARGES

An admin fee may be included in your booking. This has been divided across the number of passengers travelling and is included in the price quoted.

SPECIAL NEEDS REQUIREMENT

If you require any special assistance, please get in touch with our customer service team at least 5 working days prior to departure date. Passengers with special assistance arrangements are encouraged to check in at least 2 to 3 hours before departure to ensure a smooth journey.
